Changes: 
 hubzero-submit-distributor (3.11.2-1+deb7) unstable; urgency=low
 .
      - Add background script job scheduler
      - Modify Batch/APP/serial* templates to be able to respond to signals. The
        changes allow much more rapid response to kill requests.
      - Send executeRemoteBatch.py log messages through rsyslog. (log messages + stdout/stderr)
      - Add executeRemoteBatch.py response to signal requests (Job termination)
      - Use USR2 signal to indicate remote job has finished.  Signal sent from monitorJobSiteSQL.
        Earlier detection of job completion can save as much as 5 minutes of submit waiting time.
      - Remove empty stdout/stderr files generated by script jobs.
      - If no venue is specified with parametric job submission use only batch job
        submission venues.
